New dyno numbers SHOCKING! NEW VIDEO AND PICS on pg 7
Hellow again my fellow civic brothers.
i was out of the country working but now I'm back and re-tuned the car with some minor changes and tweeks.
throwing caution to the wind i filled up with racing fuel, 75 shoot of nitrous, alcohol injection kit and up the boost to 21 psi and well.
The results are:
434.3 hp @ 8750 rpm goobs of torque 352 lbs on a mustang dyno
The motror held up very well.
Now I need a stage 4 clutch my stage 2 is fried.
The car drives well on the streets just itles a bit rough.
I just purchase the new clutch and will be installed next week.
I need to know where if axels are availble for the vic.
Gator axels will make them for $400 and that's the route I'll if i can find nothing else because it will take 2 to 3 weeks to make them.

Talk to you soon I got to go back to work for now.

Re: New dyno numbers SHOCKING!
I used 104, it was the only fuel availbale on site.
There was another member while back that got into the 400's hp i don't know if the car still running or not.
I'm driving daily on low boost 18psi.
I have the greddy boost controler that has a setting for hi and low.
The car is tuned for low psi for the streets with pump gas and hi for the track with racing fuel.
The trick is using the alchy injection it realy helps!
I didn't want to have another system, wires and switches but it was a good mod after all.
Still have A/C and the regular conforts of a daily driven car.
And yes i'm planing on going to Atlantas Nopi this year again.
For more info on the internals (for the newbies) click the link on my signature down below under HP and torque #'s
Thanks for the props and I'll appreciate any rep

Re: New dyno numbers SHOCKING!
Figured it was 104.. although i would have used E-85 if i would have been you, ive seen cars make more HP with E-85 than 104.. Granted you would end up using 40% more fuel but, if you have that tune for racing, im hoping you have another tune for Daily Driving. else your driving 104 daily? That would really hurt the wallet.. and if you did a second tune what did your DD tune do HP wise??

Like I said that was the only thing avilable and I do have a low and hi boost tune.
The 104 fuel gas also hurts the oxigen sensors if use too much too often and I don't realy race my car I used it almost daily on the streets and I drive long distances as well.
So i'm good with it as is.

Re: New dyno numbers SHOCKING!
So your not going to detune on 93? or just risk running possibly lean on 93? I know you can adjust your boost to compensate, but still there is a big difference in ignition timing and octane between the 2. I usually start by tunning my car on whats left in my tank *ie 93* then retune with 104 added. But i know we are all different. Just dont want to see that motor hurt you know.

AEM EMS alouds me to change timing on the fly if I need to.
Soo far it's running fine than again I haven't driven it that much since the tune.
I'll find out more when the clutch is installed and i get more road time.
I'll keep you posted

Re: New dyno numbers SHOCKING!
he is a strange guy and it takes him awhile to do his work, he's got a small shop so he builds one at the time and it will be too expensive to do mass production.
Don't give up 250 is a good number for what you got.
Re: New dyno numbers SHOCKING!
first off awesome numbers supermex. im curious as to why you havent gotten a custom ground cam yet. is there any specific reason? i looked through all the lists and didnt see it anywhere. Wouldnt a more aggressive cam show some larger numbers? when you get the new axles i would say it could handle it but i am by no means an expert.
