Re: New dyno numbers SHOCKING!
Yup moog part number K90332 fits 01-02. I can buy them for $48.62 each wholesale pricing. Cheaper than the knuckle set-up from honda. I would think you should be able to buy them locally for the $60-70 range

Re: New dyno numbers SHOCKING!
I was having my doubs about it, but my friend from Ventura Racing called one last place Bumper to Bumper about 9:00 am and they had them on stock, delivered by 5:00pm today.
I didn't belive it
I'll find out for sure by tomorrow.
But now
you got the part number and detailed price WTF
I almost got OEM knuckle from Majestic, they had the best price of $260.00 for booth sides.
Moog sounds like a good proven brand so I'll pay 140 -150 delivered to the shop no problem.

Re: New dyno numbers SHOCKING!
Ya know, when I first got my civic, couple of years ago, I would have never guessed that any of this was possible. and yet I am still being impressed by people and manufacturers alike. If you put your heart and sole into your work, then the sky's the limit. All of this is wonderful.

Re: New dyno numbers SHOCKING!
I also got these roll center adjusters, if they work, I may use them instead of the Moog ball joints.
They'll be here tomorrow

Re: New dyno numbers SHOCKING!
Just work on the car all day at my friends shop and took it for a test drive about an hour ago.
All I got to said is DAAAAAAAAM
Is nice to know that you let go on the clutch at high RPM's without the fear of braking the axels.
That thing is crasy fast, stage 4 slutch is no joke!
It just need an alignment.
I'll do that tomorrow and I'll find out how it handles with the new roll center adjuster set up.

Re: New dyno numbers SHOCKING!
WHAT IS ROLL CENTER ?
While a vehicle corners, the movement of suspension is focused on the intersection (instant center) of the lines extended from the upper and lower suspension arms.
The intersection between the line from where the wheel contacts the road to the instant center (Point P) and the vehicle body centerline is the roll center (Point B).
With the stock suspension, the appropriate roll center has already been set from the factory. (Fig. 1)
ROLL INCREASES AFTER LOWERING?
Simply lowering the car results in an increase in the distance between the center of mass (Point A) and roll center (Point B) of the vehicle, even though the center of mass has dropped.
When the distance between Point A and B increases, roll stiffness decreases, causing an increase in the amount of roll. The amount of roll can be controlled with the use of stiffer springs, but ride quality etc. suffers as a result. Cornering speed does not increase like originally thought. (Fig. 2)
ROLL CENTER ADJUSTED !
With the Roll Center Adjuster in place, the angle of the lower are is revised. Roll center (Point B) is once again close to the center of mass (Point A) of the vehicle.
With the lowered center of mass and increased roll stiffness, the limit of cornering speed increases.
ROLL CENTER ADJUSTER FF
When a FF vehicle is lowered, the angle of the lower arm becomes poor, resulting in a significantly lowered roll center.
Consequently, the amount of roll in corners increase and the cornering force is sacrificed.
By extending the ball joint of the front knuckle, the position of the roll center is altered. Replacing the stock ball joint with this product will result in reduced roll, and cornering force as a result is increased. Steering response is also improved. This product is the long-awaited part for FF vehicles.

Re: New dyno numbers SHOCKING!
I have my own regrinded cam.
comparable to stage 3
I just got home tired as heck ready to enjoy my holiday.
car is aligned and took longer that I though some modifications to the camber kit and strut where necesary.
I spended a $100.00 on it a good deal concidering the amount of work.
My friends are happy that I work side by side with them and I usualy paid for my parts and I even go get them to speed up the process.
I even helped out with some of the other cars in the shop.
I'm watting to find out how much my labor for the clutch and axels install will be.
I'm sure it will be a good deal.

Re: New dyno numbers SHOCKING!
I just find out that because of the bad stage 2 clutch I may off missed 10 to 20 % of the power to the wheels when I dynoed last.
I feel more of it when I shift, before when I floored it and the turbo spooled the car moved faster but the engine reved up higher and quicker.
I may have even more HP now than before.
By the way fist kills where an eagle talon on the high way, than a Mustang GT on the street.
The dude on the Mustang was talking shish about all show and no go on the light, then the green light came on then I was gone.
I slowed down because of traffic, he cough up with me, then started to cut me and others off so i just let him go.
It was sweet!
