Time to change my coilovers on my 05 VP.
I was driving my Civic when I noticed a car merging in pretty sharply. My eyes focused on that car then I hear boom boom and my car feels likes its air born. I had hit something on the road and almost lost control of the car. When I pulled over I had two blowouts on the driver side.
I limped my car to the tire shop and when they took off my Centerline wheels the inner lip was bent in about 2 inches. You could actually see about an two inch gap between the lip off the wheel to the bead of the tire. I had the wheels lips reshaped so the tire will hold air. All though the tire would hold air I went ahead and ordered some new wheels because the Centerlines now make a wobbling noise.
Since then my B&G Coilovers have been very bouncy and are blown. Now it's time to redo my suspension. I just purchased some Function Form Coilovers. The front coilovers come with helper springs but the rears don't. Ride hight can be lowed 120mm which is about 4.7 inches but not planning to go that low. Compression and Rebound is 24-way adjustable. They come with adjustable pillar mounts and the crash bolt have sleeves for 14mm or 16mm crash bolt equipped cars.
I also purchased some 16x6.5 five stare Honda OEM wheels. The tires are on order and will be in tomorrow. They are Hankook Ventus Rs2 Z212 205/50R16. I am planning to buy the Progress Rear Sway Bay Adapter Kit, 19" OEM RSX Swaybar and the Neuspeed Front Upper Strut Bar. Not sure what size to use for the front swaybar yet, but it needs to be one that can fit my K-Swapped Civic. The rear of my car has the SPC Camber Kit already.
For the alignment I'm going to start off with what Zzyzx suggested in a post a few day ago:
-1 to -1.5 deg camber on the nose, 0 Toe.
-.25 to -.5 Deg camber on the rear, Maybe 1/32nd total toe in (Thats 1/64th toe in per side)
If anybody have any comment or suggestion I'm all ears. My car is daily driven and may see the track during the weekends until sometime this summer. Then it will be driven on the weekends only with some track fun.

wow, how long did you have the B&G's on your car for??
How much did you lower the car??
I'd be pretty upset if I had some coilovers and had to replace them so quickly.
GL with your new coilovers though, hope those last you longer than the B&G's did.

How are you planning to mount the abs and brake lines since the f2s don't have brackets for them? I just bought f2s as well and I was going to get my coworker to weld the brackets from the stock suspension on there. Just wondering if there was easier way that I can do myself (no welding).
