Missing Engine Harness

Missing Engine Harness
Hey all.
I recenlty swapped a b16a2 out of a wrecked 00 SI. Into my 97 HX. Now I took the engine harness, ecu and motor.
Upon installing the new motor, ecu, and wiring harness. I noticed that the small grey plug that ran into the dash on the si is built into the hx wiring harness. Wich was cut at the motor.
SO how could i fix this, just take the one out of the Si and install it how it was in the si? And would this be the reason my tachometer and speed arnt working?
