I just got my Progress springs about a week ago..dropped 2". Every once in a while if im going fast and turn I'll hear that noise you are talking about. I don't think theres much you can do about it, i think it's "somewhat" normal.

Hey,
When I first had the springs and was testing the drive, I would hear something to that effect you are decribing.
When I would turn hard ( everything stock except springs, no struts and the like), I would hear a "thump" noise which can be described also as "cracking" from the rear of the car. I also noticed it from the upper right portion of the car when making those hard turns.
So I went back to the shop who installed the springs, they looked at it and said everything was perfectly fine. I then went to get a 2nd opinion at a tire shop, and they said it was ok as well. But the recommended that I get a realignment and such. I declined.
After 2 weeks of the sound, I haven't heard it since. I'm still stock in the suspenision department, and have had no problems whatsoever.
Althouh, after 2 months the rear did "settle in" and matched perfectly with the front, so I'm happy about that.
