Question Parking light relay for power door locks

I purchased the Autoloc power door lock kit and installed it in my 02 DX so I could have power door locks w/ keyless remote. It works great except I want the parking lights to blink when I hit the button. I purchased the relay, I just don't know what wire to tap into and how to tap into it. There is a wiring diagram on autoloc's website that I was going to post for reference, but they are doing maintenance on it right now so I can't get it.. any help is appreciated.

it all depends what kind of signal your door lock kit puts out.

if its a negative signal, tap into the blue wire at the factory alarm plug
if its a positive signal, tap into red with a black stripe behind the fuse box.

also, most hondas will have open male spade connections on the front of the fuse box, test them with a DMM to see which one is the parking light circuit

first, let me say I am pretty new to the whole wiring/electrical stuff.. so try and keep it in simple terms for me

Okay, i remember from the diagram that it says one of the prongs on the relay goes to the orange wire from the autoloc box, two are power, and one "connects to lights"..

now, does my 02 dx even have a "factory alarm plug"? i don't have an alarm in the car..

and can you restate the last sentance in layman's terms?

im pretty sure sure your car will have the alarm plug, its easiest to access if you pull out the change holder compartment assembly. from what your telling me it sounds like you have a negative output which you can hook right up to the blue wire at the factory alarm plug
