04 civic dx front door speakers.

So i was installing my system the otherday, and i got two 12 p2's hooked up, and had put the speaker savers on the rear 6x9 speakers. When i got the door off (so damn annoying to take apart a door) i found that the speakers are actually GLUED to the door, hiding the wires i need. My question is this: If i pry it off the door, are there actually holes to screw it back in under it? Or will i need to either drill holes or glue it back to the door when im done?

Mine wasn't glued on, you have to actually take the entire factory mounted plastic piece off and use spacers to install your aftermarket ones. You will have to drill holes for the adapter.
