Help keyless entry not working!

Alright a couple months ago I bought a Valet 712T keyless entry system and I just try to instal it today. I got everything instaled and when I pressed the lock button and the lights flashed and horn honked but the car didn't lock. So I locked the car with the key and pressed the unlock button and the same thing happened the lights flashed twice and the horn honked twice but it didn't unlock. So does anyone know why it won't lock or unlock with the remote?

This is how it's wired in the car:

Valet Switch--------------------------Wire Location in car

12V ----------------------------------White in ignition harness
200 mA 2ND unlock output ------------DID NOT USE
input domelight -----------------------DID NOT USE
output domelight ---------------------DID NOT USE
lock #30 common output --------------White/Blue in gray plug above drivers kick panel
lock #87 normally open (input) ---------DID NOT USE
unlock #30 common (output) ----------White/Green gray plug above drivers kick panel
unlock #87 normally open (input) ------DID NOT USE
parking light flash output --------------Blue in factory alarm plug
cassis ground input -------------------Grounded
horn honk output ---------------------Orange in steering column
factory alarm disarm ------------------DID NOT USE
200 mA channle 3 validity output ------DID NOT USE
switched ignition input (accessory) ----DID NOT USE
500 mA ground-when-armed output ---DID NOT USE
unlock #87A normally closed ----------DID NOT USE
output of channel 2 ------------------DID NOT USE

Send violet/black (pin 7) and violet (pin 9) the 87 normally open for lock and unlock input to ground.
