Gree alarm plug? Help!!!

My car alarm decided to strand me when I was already mad. So I did the logical thing and grabbed wires from the alarm until my car would start. Now my battery dies if I don't Unplug it at night. When I finally got a chace to look uder the dash and completely remove the alarm I noticed the green factory alarm plug was just dangling.

My question:
Does the factory green alarm harness plug in to anthing or is it just a harness with all the wires? If it does plug in somewhere can you please give very exact directions for where it plugs in? I have been looking for about an hour now.

Note.
The answer is probably that it plugs in to the factory alarm that was thrown in the trash when I got this alarm.

factory alarm plug...plugs into the factory alarm. BUT w/aftermarket alarms you can use a bunch of the wiring in that plug for your lights, door pins, horn, etc. If you have an aftermarket alarm, something is most likely making a short to ground...or something to pull enough current to drain your battery overnight. unfortunately, there is no easy answer to this. you can TRY to DIY or pay a shop to fix it. i doubt you can take it back to where it was done since you tampered with the installation, they probably wont warranty it anymore.
