DC Sports short throw

Wow! All I can say... a must mod for everyone.
Gets rid the slop, shortens the throw... imho makes it 100x better.

So for anyone who's been thinking about it.. do it! Nuff' said.

is it just the adapter? b/c revo ss is a full replacement and shortens throws front to back and side to side but the dc only shortens front to back..

I've got one and I really enjoy it. It was kinda stiff at first but I sprayed the parts down with silicone spray and everything works great.

Anybody have any experience with the Viscous Technologies adapter? I'm considering either that or the DC Sports. I like the idea that if something goes south, you can swap the adapter quickly before submitting the car for service, warranty repair, etc.

I had the DC, it was ok, but Revo is better. Any short shifter is better than stock

All adapters are going to be the same whether it is DC or Viscous. The only thing Viscous lets you do is have different settings.

Yeah i got the adapter too, i really enjoy it. Took like 15 mins to install and 14 of them were getting the console off without hurting/scratching it./ Good buy IMO

What's the deal with the upgraded bushings? Is this a "needed" accessory? $20 for a set of bushings seems a little steep. Prob. a fraction of that at the 'Depot. Anybody swap the rubber bushings for metal bushings?

Go for it!
-Cheaper
-Well designed
-easy to install
-shorten front/rear and also left/right
-I was really impressed

The only downside (for some person) is that the shifter height stay the same while the REVO reduced it.

Buy it, you won't regret it... only 65$!

I do not have the DC *BUT* I have the billet aluminum Top Speed replica that I got from e-bay a few years back. I like it for the $15 shipped that I paid. However if I was going to spend the money to get the brand name DC I would go ahead & get the Revo or the Viscous.

Any clicking with the Revo? I heard that the second-to-third or third-to-fourth has a loud clicking noise or something.

That's why I'm more inclined to get an adapter the DCS or Viscous.
