Question Silicon hoses

I have a ? what can i use silicon hose on and what can't I? I mean can i put them on the power steering lines. The package says not to put them on fuel and water. Does brake and power steering count? Help me out, its a 02 civic EX d17a2 engine. what all hoses can i silicone

You can only use silicone hose with AIR.
Do not use them with oil, or water and definitely don't use them with brakes.
Silicone isn't all its cracked up to be.
For water lines you can get multiply silicone jacketed heater hose so the color matches, and its labled as 3-ply or 4-ply, typically noted as useable with water.
For any Oil based fluid, use hose FOR OIL. Same for Fuel.
The only hose that can be used with anything is the high grade Braided Stainless.
