HELP wit front brake bolt

HELP wit front brake bolt

ok...so it usually takes me about 30 mins to change the front brakes. but for some reason on my friends 05 vic...the bolt wont come off...it would turn but not come off...any reason why it wont come off?

There is a lock washer back there.

It will just spin unless you have a wrench to hold it still while you undo the bolt.

It is a safty feature so it doesn't vibrate loose and fall off

damn dude thnx...it looked lik it was connected to the bolt so i didnt want to try and hold the washer.
