Does anyone find the seat handle a bit clumsy?

Does anyone find the seat handle a bit clumsy?
I hate my drivers seat handle. When I go to adjust the seat the handle seems to have a hard time finding the notch and lock into place. The handle also doesn't just go back but it can be wiggled in all directions. It feels real cheaply built, like a good hard yank and it will pop off.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]
