Rear Wheel Bearing

i've been hearing growling noises coming from my rear. i can hear it no matter how slow i'm driving, but as i increase speed, it gets louder..particularly around 60 mph, its loud then once i go pass 70mph, its more like a vibration. is it the wheel bearing? do you know how much it is to replace? and if honda does it..or should i go to a wheel/tire autoshop? Thanks!
