mayday~!!!!
ok. i was feeling kinda high. so i decided to drag my car along the street. it was midnight. so yeah. ok ....... HERE COMES THE ****. when stopped at a traffic light.... my car simply will not idle! it shoots up to4k and holds it there. and down again. up and down again. when i engage a gear and slip the clutch it. it was ok. but rough. when i went into neutral it has the same prob again. switching off and on doesnt help. so what now man! im on e manage ultimate. jesus! help!!!!

with out the e manage on there i would say tps do you have any engine codes that will tell you whats up

tuned.(i have a post with dyno graph... was supposed to put up my AFR but guess not at the moment) i dont have a missing link. there is no check engine light or whatsoever. ot was still fine this afternoon and just now.... until the fateful stop at the junction. it just shot up i was like shockedand thought i had the brakes as throttle. help help help?!!!!!!!!!

have you tried to reset the ecu by unpluggin the battery for a minute of 2 them connecting it back then let the car idle for 15minutes or so..???

Is your vac. still at the same level on your boost gauge or does it change with the idle? Look for a off vac. line or check the TB. May need to be cleaned.

ok thanks guys. it turned out to be a vac leak......
hose to the actuator was off. so was the hose connecting to the intake mani. i spend 50 bucks on towing the car and 3 mins to get the car going. i learned something nontheless. thanks for the help
