Blitz valve not opening below 6 psi

I have my blitz dd valve set to fully loosen and it still will not let air out under 6 psi. I really cant have this surge and want to take care of it. My vaccum soruce is the line from the intake mani to the check valve. I run my emanage pressure sensor and boost gauge off it as well just fine. The valve is up right before the frontmount in the wheel well. The vaccum line is as short as i can get it but its still a decent distance....Any suggestions?

Have you checked whether or not you have the high pressure spring or the low pressure spring? If you're running the 15+ PSI spring, that might do it.
Not terribly familiar with it but is it one of the valves with 2 vac ports so you can add a boost assist to the second port?
Or could it be jammed?
