i work at jiffy lube and we dont recommend it until 75k.

the only reason why they say 60k is so that they can have you buy a higher priced oil longer. that is totally crap. dont do it until over 75k.

Ehh.... do it whenever. 75k, 60k, doesn't matter much. I happen to think that stuff is pretty cheap, I buy the big jug (5 quarts I think) at Wal-Mart for 12 bucks, that's only $2 bucks a quart, not exactly a rip off IMO considering most lower grade pure dino oils cost that much. If you search around you can get it even cheaper, I've seen it at a local hardware store here for $9 for the big 5 quart jug, how is that expensive.

jiffy lube is evil... change it yourself... i use Castrol Syntec... hey hey they did the commercial where they tested the oil on high temps and it passed with highest marks
