dry nos
whats the problem with dry kits? what is the big taboo about them?
if you wanted to run a turbo with a nitrous setup does it have to be a wet kit? im talkin like 30-50 shot only. thats all.

let me be real with you. I put a 50 shot of zex dry nos in my integra gsr. the car had about 80,000 miles on it. it tore out the clutch in 1 day and the head gasket in three. dry nos will lean out your car to an extreme and imo is a stupid thing to use when you can buy the wet kit which will give you more power safer becouse of the simple fact that it adds fuel.
You can run a dry shot if you have an excellent ECU setup (AEM EMS) and fuel setup along with your turbo that can add as much fuel as you need. You see, the main issue is you have all this extra air going into your engine, now where are you going to get fuel???

Or ricing out cars. I mean, what can be more dangerous than putting a huge bodykit, chrome wheels and a huge wing on your car? That car's gonna be fast, for real!

yea if i get a dry, and run like a 30 shot. but never actually spray, just for show, will it really matter? like i would spray once to see if i hooked it up right lol. thats about it. i plan to mount the bottle in the trunk
even if its for show i would do a wet set up just cuz its better and safer if u ever do want to spray.. Makeing a dry kit to wet is ez u just got the fogger and the tee to tap in the fuel line and thats about it..
Ps.. I lots 2 motors to spraying its the devil

If you're gonna setup a kit for show then just buy a bottle, mount it in the trunk and call it a day.
In all honesty, I wouldn't run a 30shot with dry nitrous on my car... it's not worth the risk.
All that money for a kit and install only to not use it is a waste. Get a wet kit, install it and not only can you show it but now you can use it.

a complete dry system comes with a fuel pressure regulator. When you press the button for the nitrous, the fuel pressure regulator closes off your return line. This adds more fuel, but it is not a metered amount. It just dumps more fuel through the injectors.
A dry system will not work on a stock 7thgen civic because they do not have a return line. The pressure regulator goes on the return line.
Now if you were to convert to a return system, then yea, you can run a dry setup. But otherwise, you will kill your motor.
