modded xbox?
anybody here do it? wanna trade a modded one for my stock one and some cash? or does anybody have some general info on what i would need to do it myself?

A guy at work told me. It's rad. You need the $45 chip. It plugs into one pin on the board and bypasses the original BIOS. You need a HD too. The OS is downloadable.
