Help My Other Car Failed Smog

My other car is a 94 Grand Cherokee I-6 2x4 with 197xxx miles
So I failed the CA smog test.
I passed the visual and functional check but failed the emissions.
I failed the NO part.
The cat was replaced maybe 5 years ago when it failed smog.
Only thing wrong with the car is a small crack in the intake manifold.

Can anyone with experience looks at my test results and give me some advice as to what I should be fixing?
Thanks

dariusld is an unknown quantity at this point
You also failed the HC at 25. I would say get a new cat, they help alot when brand new, but you failed by big margin.

I'd try a new o2 sensor first. Also, NO gets higher with engine heat. Make sure it cools properly. Lastly, when's the last time you did a proper tune up? Plugs and wires can also make HC go up. And, belive it or not.... dirty oil.
