I've been reading the site for a few weeks now and figured it was time to join. Other than a few occasional posts, I like the way all the members help each other out. Just proves that there is such a thing as constructive critizism. Anyway, on to my question. I recently bought a Blue '02 Civic EX Coupe 5-spd. When I sold my '95 Accord I took out my Pioneer AVX-700CD head unit. I've seen a few people on this site who have in-dash flip out type head units and was curious where everyone is mounting their control unit/brain and VCR(if any). I was thinking underneath the seat but would like to hear member's input. Also has anyone expeirenced any problems with people trying to steal their in dash TV's? I realize an alarm can make noise, but I cannot actually prevent punks from trying. The console in my Accord was so low that it was very difficult to see, with my radio in my Civic being so high up, it would appear that it could easily be seen by anyone behind me. Guess I have to watch where I watch my TV. POST #1

This has nothing to do with your question, but do you go to University of FLorida??? I saw that you live in gainesville and I am interested in going to that school. If you do, is it a nice school? Sorry of this is off topic but I had to ask.

No, I don't go to the UF but my girlfriend does. We moved down here last August so that she can go to school. I am at Santa Fe Community College. My intentions are to go to UF but since I am paying for my college myself I decided to go to community college for my basic classes because it is cheaper. But to answer your question, YES, it is a very nice school. If you have never been you should at least come and check it out before you decide. If you are into the party think(I am not) there are always parties going on, I live away from the campus to avoid that. Last think I want is my neighbor having a party on a school night. Cheers

I had the Kenwood 910dvd and mounted the brain under the pass seat, everything worked out great.
