HKS T25/T28 down pipes

I've had some people PM me asking if i could make them a Downpipe for thier HKS manifold. So i wanted to check and see how much interest there may be if i were to make a jig and take some measurements to be able to fab up some for some members for a small profit. Feel free to comment positive or negatively

C Orndorff is an unknown quantity at this point
If i still had my turbo setup i would be. It took me forever to get my downpipe just right, with my HKS mani. Now i have a k20 so no need.

I dunno. I think you'd be better off just posting some basic dimensions and parts list and letting everyone just rig one up. That way its not on your *** if stuff doesn't line up and you'll find yourself making A1 and A2 versions of it.... just seems like a lot of headache over something thats easily fabbed up.

I agree, i've replied to a few recent PM's and they said that it would be possible that i could make one for them. But that they also could have one fabbed up locally fairly easily.

Depending on your parts cost and construction materials, go for it. I see nothing wrong with hooking people up with good parts for cheap. Especially considering an average custom downpipe runs from 300-450. Like stated above, just keep in mind the vendor status and advertising. Of course, Grey and CapYoda and others sold little custom things without having vendor status, so for one specific part to help people out, I wouldn't see that as an issue. Maybe pm Derek about it and see what he tells you.
