theres an armrest in the 03, does that mean u dont get the armrest cover for the 03-05?

Could you pm me details if it is possible pricing on the kit without the front seats and armrest - meaning just the rears + door inserts for a sedan 01 ?

Also, what's your differences between Premium and standard?

Katzkin does not sell kits in pieces, they only sell the full kits.

The premium interior kits have a higher leather content compared to the standard leather kits. With the premium kits, you'll have more leather on the back seats than the standard kits. Neither kit is all leather, but the premium kit does have much more leather content. Hopefully that info helps.
