aftermarket headlights? where did you get them and what they look like..look

hey, im selling mine because i want new ones. im going to HID them after i buy them but i cant decide what ones to buy or wehre to buy them. (i figure i should get projectors for hid conversion but i like the look of the blacked out stock ones too.)

everyone post a pic of yours and where you bought them please i really really want new ones (i guess you could say im a headlight *****)
also feel free to recommend HID kit brands.

thanks everyone and ill post up some pics once im done.

p.s. once i buy new ones ill put these up for sale (ive only seen 1 other person on here with these and no1 else in person)

ehh, i figured that that category would be more about how-to's and neons and stuff but thanks.

ebay.....i tried in fact thats were i got these but i dont particularly like some, plus id like to get them from an established store for simplicity.

anyone ??

currently D2s on car just put it up today...will post cutoff pics tonight...

what are these dot shield and ece shileds???? does it come with valeo kit?
d2s is a hid bulb correct?

can't u tell ??..look at the bulb size.....only oem hid use d2s bulb

oem? what car did you get them from then? did you retrofit the bulb socket or the whole projector assembly?

the entire projector (bowl, shield, lens) must be replaced when doing a retrofit.

valeos d2s/h7 are usually from audi a4

ok, ok i know this is a dumb question, but how do you retrofit them exactly? ive got a decent idea but not sure, do they just screw in place or something and you need to make a place to screw it in? what materials would be used?
im pretty handy but never knew how to retrofit hid's.

anything with retrofit question....ask infinite he is the one helped me with my project....

infi i like my cutoff...didnt get chance to take pics lastnight...will try to do it tonight....

does it suppose to show the cutoff on road...i can see cutoff line on the road..while i am driving...

had tyc's liked them but the little amber piece annoyed me too much, took them apart and it would look worse without it.
i think i might get some ebay angel eyes (not really into that style but the headlight itself looks decent) and ill retrofit it probably
