Rhd prelude possibly fs
Rhd prelude possibly fs
There is an abandoned rhd prelude in my apartment complex. If anyone in so cal you know would want to buy it (i am still trying to find out the legality of everything) let me know. Everything is still there besides the passanger front seat, radio and cd changer. If verything is good to go, all you want really is enough to fix my crappy as dent in my car which people on this site have given an estitmate of i believe around $1000 or a little more.
i have no clue what year, but it is the generation before the last gen of ludes made
I finally found out the civil code for abandoned vehicles and lien sales and i will update on monday to see the legality of what i am doing, i will be going to the DMV office and paying the $20 to get a printout. If there is no registed info for owner, then this vehicle will 100% become registered to me or whoever wants it. I am more just to lazy to wait the 2 months to sell when it becomes mine because i want to fix a nasty dent before my mom sees

ok let me know, i will get the vin tomorrow for you and send you the plate number as well. I was talking to someone that has done a lien sale before. He said all i had to do is have put some money into moving it or in storing. Lol i have is that i put a towel over the broken window when it was raining and some stole it and then stole the radio etc etc.

well not many people want a jdm f22b, and these engines are cheap any ways. When i had the accord and wanted to boost, i was gonna get it since it had iron sleeved internals and the engines were going for around $600
^^
Well I know you can eventually obtain ownership of neglected property (land) that you don't own if you manage to pay the property tax for a few years.
I'm sure something similar may apply to vehicles.

yes it is. And you legally sell a car that is abandoned by getting approved to be a lien holder or getting a blank title and selling it, inlcuding and giving all your personal information to the DMV
what you should know is that if that vehicle has any prior and/or pending liens such as tickets, stolen parts, unpaid taxes, hit and runs...that will not show up when you are only trying to check past owners...if you do decide to take the lien under your name, you will also be liable for any deliquencies...you could end up with a world of problems...when you go to register the car...I've done it several times with homes and with cars the process is very similar
