turbo oil feed and return fittings? where to buy?

turbo oil feed and return fittings? where to buy?

hey i bought a tsi kit off a 7thgen member here, hes a good guy, we think some idiot at fedex opened one of the packages and took my feed and return fittings, so now im gonna have to find some.

any ideas where i can get them? i need the ones to go in the head and weld to the oil pan.

Check your yellow pages for hydraulic fittings and hoses

didnt work, theyve only got oil line kits, i just need the two little fittings.
does anyone know someplace else, would pep-boys/autozone type places have them? how about dezod?

well i live in a city thats 3x2 miles and almost everyplace has been bought out to be a brazilian owned pizza place..........but anyways, i have no clue on thread measurements or lengths or anything so how would i even get it from this guy?

im unaware of how your hooking up oil pressure , but that picture should get that part of it at the block. I would recommend an-3 or an-4 for the presure feed, min length is about 3' i had mine made to 4' and it works perfect with just a littel bit of slack. As for the oil drain i recommend an-8 to an-10 length will varry depending on where your fitting is at on the oil pan. If you need some pictures click on my signature it has a few. I can take more if needed too!

yea thats a good setup i fab'd the same style for my friends turbo civic. you can get those fittings at home depot, autozone and o'reillys

yeah that works fine i don't have an oil guage so i just got a adapter that goes from my blcok that i also ook the oil sendign unit up to. i have a custom hydraullic line made for like $35

getting all of mine at www.tunerschoice.com they even have AN and NPT weld fittings if you want to weld a bung to your pan for draining.

ah crap, i bought all the pieces but they didnt have a couple of them (pep boys) so maybe tomorow ill go to autozone and see if theyve got more and ill check it.
they didnt have ANYTHING that said bspt, though so i just got all npt, will it work at all? i hope it will.

and should i use white tape or red loctite on these fittings?

yeah you can use all 1/8 npt. if you have an AN style feed line you will need a 1/8 npt male to -3 or -4AN male depending on what you are using

npt will fit into the block and onto the end of the oil pressure switch?
