one more thing if you could tell me anything you know about warner-ishi ihi turbo's would also be appreciated.........is it worth even thinking about rebuilding this turbo(cost from what i've researched around $300-$350) or buy a new garrett t3 turbo($450)?

an ihi turbo is a very efficient turbo when compared to others its size.
The ihi turbos usually have a slightly different flange than a T3 or T25. So you probably wont be able to simply swap turbos.
And air-water intercoolers are very good for drag racing and short road races. They are decent for daily driving (as long as you have a large heat exchanger for it). If you have a large reservoir, you can add ice for a very nice cooling effect that helps tremendously with power gains.
As for a pump, you can get a 12v bilge pump for a boat. If you get the right one, they flow a hell of a lot of water, and they last quite a while.
