cam gears
The stock cam gear is not adjustable and aftermarket performance ones are. They are usually used with aftermarket cams. They are mainly used for tuning the cam. And usually tuned with a dyno for the best gains.

yup aftermarket are adjustable +/- degrees. It adjusts the cam timing (which also affects ignition timing slightly on our cars). Needs to be dyno tuned. Good when paired with aftermarket cam and/or pnp head thats been milled down. You most likely need to switch gas if you play with that.
