K20 Swap Subframe questions...

Ok, I am gettin ready to go ahead with a k20 swap, finishing up my research. One answer I cannot seem to find deals with the subframe. Everyone says you swap in the RSX subframe w/ the k20... Does it bolt right up? What are the differences? Can I modify my EM2 subframe? Where the hell would you get a RSX subframe? Junkyards around here dont really have many RSXs hangin out. Just a question for someone who knows what they are talking about. Thanks, AJ

any k series manual transmition subframe will work. the only ones that will not work are the auto rsx ones.

i found mine online, i would go to a junk yard and try to find one from a rear ended k series veichal.

they go from 200(rare) to 300 dollars

Cool, i was worried that it might be some super specific one that you needed. Another question, concerning the Hasport mounts, do they bolt right up or do i have to "customize" them? I work at an off-road race fab shop, so i am considering just building my own, but if they bolt up, the 500 ish bucks is work the ease and lack of headache.

Wiring is gonna be simple, I have a knack for that stuff, I am gonna try and do it as budjet as possible and do a writeup on here with pricing for everything, give people a realistic idea what they could expect... I am prolly gonna need help along the way tho, thats where you guys come into play!

so the accord and cr-v subframes will work also? are they interchangeable with the RSX/Si subframes (e.g. k20 with an 03 accord subframe or k24 with a RSX subframe)

i can not confirm that since the transmitions will not bolt up to the mounts.

thing with the hasport mounts is you will need some washers to fill in the gap on the passenger side..

all subframes from any model rsx... 2002 or higher civic si... and i did see a crv one which looked almost identical to the rsx one when i was at the junk yard.. but i cant confirm this for i havent actually done it
