Want power locks for my 05 Civic Vp

Hey I'm trying to get a power door lock kit for my Civic but i dont know which kit I should buy. First i need to know what type of lock system i have in the Civic. Is it a cable linkage system or a rod lickage system???

I just recently got a 05 civic VP, the dealership installed an aftermarket alarm for me and now i have power locks thank god...

just got my alarm and all you have to do is buy stock 05 civic lx or ex power door motor sells about $46 a piece and put them in its pretty easy, 05 has cable
locks not rods so you won't be able to buy an aftermarket kit.

Besides DIY what other options are available for installing power locks (maybe even power windows) on a VP? When I bought my car I cheaped out and decided to get the VP instead of the LX, one of the decisions that I'll regret for a while.

I have not been able to get a 100% clear answer. Here someone says it's rod, another says cable. I emailed a place that sells auto door lock kits and they said that the 2005 coupes have cable and the sedans and hatchbacks have rod-style. Can someone verify this and where did you find out?

BTW...I have a 2005 Civic VP Sedan. Thanks.
