^^I think you should buy the battery relocation kit to move it to the trunk.

The subframe mount was done by building a battery box that is wielded to the sub frame and the factory pegs are used with your choice of battery tie down. Only problem is if you decide to turbo it, your piping will run over top of the battery.
Do you have pictures of the cables. I never had a problem with my set up and I have a turbo sitting back there with a 3" downpipe.

I would get a relocation kit and put the battery in the trunk. Will Si shift linkages work ?? Im having to get some custom ones for my swap, but I thought you would want to use a RSX linkage and not a Si due to the stock shifter location on them.

yea, i think you have to use the rsx ones, because they follow the same floor plan as a civic... unless you plan on putting your shifter like a si...

dude.. go to walmart and buy a marine battery box (about $5)to put in the trunk... mount the box to the floor... then go down to an audio store and buy some thick *** gauge wire ..better to buy a spool.. i bought it for $30.. then mount it to the back and run it all the way to the front...

ep3 linkage wont work.. too short

ok i got the shifter cables in and mounted i figured out the problem. But now it feels really loose when i shift the gears. it moves for 1st gear kinda moves for 2nd gear. but i don't think it shifts for 3rd gear. Did anyone that swapped a k20 into there car use RSX base cables? i have a feeling they are too long.

one goes to the fuel line the other is the purge line.. you should have 2 hoses on the motor side by side next to the one that goes to the fuel rail

The EVAP line plug in the double metal tubing near the valve cover on the driver side. The big one is for the brake booster... and the other one is for your EVAP ... you can see near the intake a little black plastik bottle with a green valve...

About the shifter cable... you maybe have a trouble on your shifter box (inside the car) Check if every pin lock the wire is tight. Also check the bushing on the tranny.

you'll know if you have it on backwards by moving the shifter left and right as if it wasnt in gear.. if it feels like it goes in gear when you go left to right you got it hooked up wrong
