throttle adjust

if i adjust my throttle cable to make it tighter...i should be reducing the slack in the cable as it sits at idle, or increasing slack...

i just dont kno which way to turn the bolts...
more simply put, move both bolts to the left, or to the right?

left would make it tighter, right would loosen it
