headers w/ oem exhaust....
What do you guys think of dc or obx headers with a oem exhaust, will that work, and would that give out a good sound without it being noisy?

It will work with out any icrease in HP/TQ. Stock is too restrictive (1.75" in dia?). for better breathing for your D17 upgrade to full catback headers and CAI. You will gain like 10whp.
Go with DC 4-2-1 race header with hi-flow cat and 2.25" cat back and AEM CAI

I lost *** loads of torque all the was threw 1-2nd. but at the top end.. its sexy...in 5th gear at 80 mph.. i can go from 80-110 in about 4 sec..
P.S A Short Ram intake w/ give you a Better increase of power than a Cold air will......SRI's Produce more Low end Torque.
A stock exhaust is not bad at all i still was pulling hard on other vics w/ full exhuast systems.......and Kicken there ***.. Sometimes i wish i never did my 2" piping.
