The axle nut is something crazy. I think its 125 lb-ft + another 1/4 turn, then swage the nut on.
#5 in the pic is the wheel stud, and you just press those into the hub then torque the wheel on to 80 lb-ft as usual,

yes that is the spindle nut, and it is torqued to 134 ft. lbs. And you need to use a new nut after the first was tooken off, and make sure you make a punch in the nut to have it hold.

it is just one of those nuts that needs to be replaced after it is tooken off. Just like they recommend using new head bolts when the head comes off. The bolts will tend to stretch after use and reusing them will cause them to back off the torque amount, well the same goes with this nut. And if you look at the splines on the spindle, you will see a slot in it. When the nut goes on, you are supposed to indent a portion of the nut into that slot to hold the nut on without it backing off. Just use a puch or something to indent the nut.

Its a swaged nut, you effectively destroy its reusability when you swage it.
Swaging it (or "punching it") is a safety feature that locks the nut in place. It keeps it from backing out.
