Exclamation Do I Need To Do Both?? Shop Says I Do!!

I Had My B+g's Installed. My Alignment Is Now Off. Really Bad! Do I Have To Do both, Get An Alignment And Have My Camber Kit Adjusted? Im Not Sure If I Need To Just Correct The Camber, Or If I Needed An Alignment To. If Anyone Can Help, Please Explain!

Shops Around Here Are Charging For Both Separately!! About 49.99 For The Alignment, And 59.99 To Adjust The Camber!!! They Wont Do Both For A Lesser Amount!!!

.... An alignment inclusdes adjusting of Camber, Caster and Toe.... So yes, getting an alignment will "adjust" your camber kit.

if they carge for both seperatly then they are on crack. given that an alignment encludes adjustment of camber as well as toe.

BOOOO...
the Firestone around here does the same thing. $80 for alignment, and $50 for camber adjustment.

They said our car doesn't come with adjustable camber, so its not included in the original price. They said the price only includes what comes with the car stock.

do you have a rear camber kit or a front camber kit?
that could be one possiblity why they are charging more...

if no, then you'll only need an alignment if u dont plan to lower or raise the car anytime soon. that shop is just trying to rob you, go elsewhere IMO.

Sam's alignment 1028 Coolidge Ave National City (619)477-9186 They've done all my lowered Hondas. They prefer when you have a camber kit. If you come in without one, they suggest one, but will align it anyways. You have to make an appointment. They say to come in every 3 months for a free recheck, but charge you if they have to adjust it.

$70.00 for installation at a very reputable and well-known shop in southern cali. they usually charge a lot more than what i was able to get it for.
