Resale on CIVIC's not what it used to be.

Check Edmunds for this info. It's a shame. A Ford FOcus has just as good a resale. I should have just bought a HYUNDAI ACCENT and suped it up.

no no there is a problem with ford focuses they seem to have trouble with their parts
i read in the paper 3 days ago
so 3 to 5 years from now their value is going down
its just cuz its got a great re sale value becauze their cheap and everyone wants one. in other words its a popular car like a civic!!

Ya..check it out in 3 years when the Focus is worth like 25% and the Civic is at around 50%!!! In 5 years the Focus and others aren't worth anything....might as well buy a Kia [IMG]i/expressions/moon.gif[/IMG]

Come on... It's obvious that the focus is a total honda rip off (the only exception is that it still had ford value = pos) Where do you think they came up w/ Ztec?

Actually ford has been using the Zetec name in europe since the early 90s. I do believe it started with their F1 engine around 1994.

But most angst filled honda owners don't know that.

And Honda had "VTEC" in the 80's!!! A motorcycle was the first application if my memory serves correctly.
