This is one of our Japanese Members over at www.rx8club.com
He does pretty well, although I think he could do better on his shifting in some of the corners, but his line and overall technique is great...much better than I could do.

good vid... he drives like a complete di<k on the track... LOL. he just blasted through that corner where the STi had to swerve wide. Now I understand about passing on the inside line, but you can't expect traffic in front of you to know you're there. Had that STi not been paying attention that could have been an accident. you pass on the inside when you a) have a clear shot because they aren't following the correct line b) you're hovering door to door and you pass. That STi was planning on taking the correct line, he just started a bit wide. The RX8 broke late and just shot in there.

He locks up alot braking too, he needs to work on his threshold braking.
Other than that cool video.
They really changed the track after the chicane, i hear they are trying to get F1 to come there instead of suzuka.

Rep Power: 382 nookiemonster, If you want to get that RX8 out on a track some time the SCCA and Local Porsche club still have a few Track days comming through out the year out at SMMP (spring mountain Motorsports Park).
the next two are,
September 3-4 and October 15-16
Pre-registration: $175 per day, $300 both days
Registration at the track: $175 per day, $350 both days
