what is a pulley? (yes, i know it's such a newbie question)
I hear a lot about people getting AEM pulleys for their Civics on these forums, but I have to admit that I don't know anything about pulleys and how they're used and all that. Could someone give me a brief lesson or point me to a good resource on the web?
Also....
In order to get more HP gain, which is better to get first: new pulleys or an intake? What's the cost of pulleys?
