damn that is a good price!!! $700. I might have to just save for that instead of getting new shocks for the springs I don't even like. Where did you order them from?
I was partially sponsored by the ksport usa company. They gave it to me 700 shipped...and I gotta take pics and due a review etc. As for the price you will pay? About $800 shipped I believe.
Go hit up www.ksportusa.com Go look at the distributors list, and call the company in arizona. When I called they told me under $800 shipped to my door, shipping depends on where U live, but they should have them instock seeing as how their shipment came in 2 weeks ago.
I still haven't been able to test the coilovers out completely, but they aren't super firm and rock hard. But then again I haven't put the dampers to full hardness yet. I still gotta get the car aligned today. I'm going to readjust the height make sure everything is the same. Then bring the car down and get it aligned. As for more pics...NOT YET!! tehehehehe gotta make sure everything is done first before I present to you guys. Seeing as how this is my first great modd...

They want $999, btw they come with upper mounts with camber slots.

They don't have it on their site, but they are listed as a distributor soo call them. I think this is the place I called cuz they didn't post it on their site and soo I called to find out a price and they told me $800.
I can't guarantee the prices are the same as before...its been a month or two...currently the ksport guy is trying to get in contact with one of the distributors on the forum...so the members can have easier access to the coilovers.

Well I remember reading the DIY guide about how to replace shocks...and I remembered they used a hammer to get the bolt out. So I took a damn hammer to it. Well I bent the threading on the very bottom of the bolt. Soo when I finally went to go put it back and screw the nut on, the nut wouldn't turn, and when the bolt encountered resistance the whole bolt turned. After some consulting with my dad, we dood the end part of the tie rod out that included the bolt, and I went a sanded down the first few threads with my dremel sanding drum. This would all the nut to skip the bad threads, since there were gone and continue up to the good threads.
Smart huh? I wouldn't have never thought of that, except my dad did. I was lucky it was just the beginning of the bolt that had messed up threads...
Its cloudy out...soo I won't be taking pics today...

Oh and I would recommend you just go down to ur local part store, and buy or borrow a tierod remover kit. Don't get the one that you wedge between the shock tie rod support and the tie rod dust boot, cuz that might ripe the boot. Instead get on that has to arms that come up and hook up to the tie rod support on the shock, and has a thread bolt that attaches to the bottom of the bolt and contiunes down. As you turn the threaded bolt, it will push the bolt up while the arms stay firmly hooked onto the tie rod support. This will push the tie rod out. Much safer...I used it on my other tie rod. I got mine from Kragen's cost $119 to rent, but when you return it they refund you the complete amount!!!
Its not too bumpy....not as bad as I thought it would be. Something is making noise, not sure if its loose...or cuz thats just how the car is when its lowered. The car is way more stable though in turns.
Wow took her out for a spin, up Asuza Canyon Road. If you seen s2000mans video about his run...ACR is about the same as that. It was dry on the way up and I could do about 50 on sharp turns, 60 on wide turns and it felt soo firm and planted. Then it started to rain, and I don't like my stock tires soo I slowed down, found a turnout and came back down. On the way down....I would find myself just taking turns faster and faster cuz the care felt more confident. I'm very happy with the coilovers....

^Dont let that confidence bite you on the ***.. Learn the cars limits and your limts slowly before going ***** out. (wouldnt want you fining a tree in your passenger seat)
^^^ very truu.....
but happy about the drop man, keep us posted about that noise that u were talkin about.... and all the stuff, because if all goes well and omni doesnt get theirs in like they say they will have them in 60 days, i may go with ksports, but we'll see.... congrats again bro!

Boilmaker thanks for the warning and concern. I know exactly what you mean, rest assured I don't go blindly into turns at high speeds...I slowly push the car and learn its limits.
I've been keeping a ear out for the noise. I only hear it when I'm leaving my drive way...not exactly sure what it is. I think it maybe the fact that I had to drill my lower front mounts from 14 to 16mm and I used a dremel instead of a 16mm drill step. Soo its not perfect and the bolt can be moving. I don't think theres a flaw in the coilovers themself.
