How to remove sticky film from tint?

How to remove sticky film from tint?
I had to remove my tint a while ago because of a ticket I received and it left my windows with a sticky film. Does anyone know how to remove this? The windows are being tinted again in the spring but i'd like to clean them up in the meantime. Thanks!

Using a razor while spraying with Ammonia window cleaner could help

Or get some of that adhesive remover. Also, razor blade is a must.
