Quick Intake Question
I just ordered a Hayme Intake, I'm planning on installing it myself, now I got the link to the DIY for the AEM cold air intake, but my question is; Is the installation procedure of the AEM the exact same as the Hayme? If any differences, please explain, thank you.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]

Rep Power: 0 They are mostly similar except the way some of the CAI's locate the air filter. Your Hayme unit should come with instructions. Most intakes hook up to the throttle body with a rubber coupling and some clamps. The Hayme looks like it is shorter and doesn't have the sharp angle curve in the tube compared to the AEM. At any rate you have to take off your stock airbox resonator and the air cleaner assembly. After that everything is pretty straightforward.
