Went out and drove the "tortilla flats" run again and...

...kept going to see how far it goes.

HOLY CRAP!

I kept going straight until it connects back up with highway 60. It was a fun 85+mile drive back to Phoenix.

The drive is pretty nice and scenic though. I wouldn't suggest doing it if your car's suspension is very low and stiff though. There's about 20miles or so of dirt road you have to drive on.

I dont know if my car would make any more runs. maybe when I get a new sti or evo. It will be able to take it than. haha. My car keeps overheating though. Not a blown HG. I am not loosing coolant, there is no smoke, car drives fine, sounds fine. It only happens on idle on hot days. It isnt even hot yet, so I know my car wont make summer. Whats wierd is the engine bay doesnt feel any hotter. One time when it was less hot than what the temp gauge said today it was a lot hotter. I think the temp gauge is messed up. or the thermometer or something? What would I need for replacing that? I dont even know if thats it though, so I will still want to sell my car, plus I have to set it up everytime I get in.
