Should I purchase a throttle body....
I am just starting to mod out my car which is a 2003 civic ex automatic coupe and so far I got an AEM intake and on order I have an HP race header and a magnaflow exhaust on the way. I read somewhere that you can replace the throttle body with a good aftermarket one for more power. Is this a good idea? What else can I do to my car to get some more power w/o breaking the bank. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

The most cost effective thing you can do for more power is just to leave the car alone. I'm not kidding, by the time you're done you'll be left with a 5 hp gain, a torque loss throughout most of the band, a headache whenever you drive more than a few miles away, and a lighter wallet.
Oh, and to answer your question, I'm not aware of any aftermarket TB's available for the D17.

I haven't seen a company with a d17 throttle body.
You'll have to get a stcok one bored out.
KMS is one comant that does it:
