SF, TSI, or Dezod turbo kits
i was just wondering which is the best kit with good amount of power, fast 1/4 times and that is reliable. i've already searched though these forums and can't find anything about the pros and cons on the tubo kits. i am aiming towards dezod kit
used sf kits will run you around 2,000-2,500 are better then the tsi ones and will put out similer numbers to the dezoid kit infact if i remeber correctly they put out a few more hp for the same psi.
but dezoids kit comes with every thing you need, if you got the cash go dezoid if your on a budget get a used sf one.

a turbo kit on a d17 is not reliable...unless.......you spend alot of money to rebuild the motor and tune tune tune the hell outta it and make no more than 250 whp.....after that your risking tranny issues and axle issues.

Anyway, SF is out of business. You can pick up a used kit for someone that is selling one.
TSI = ..........ehhhh
Dezods utilizes quality parts, but is fairly still new and not track proven and i have only seen dyno's from one car and it was their prototype.
Yea, you can get a very reliable turbo kit, by basically building your own, take peices from here and there, and some refurbished and stuff like that. I am working on my kit now, and I am not planning on spending no damn 3gs
i`d recommend dezod's kit ...i went with SF when they were around and got screwed ... i've dealt with dezod before, great guy on top of his p's and q's, if i wasn't gettin rid of my civic i'd take a ride up to his business and have one of these installed.....

The prototype car was sold. We are kind of depending on some customers to provide time slips with their kits.

yes it WILL! I have to agree so much on that with ya. Ive been broke for like 2 months now. Every cent I get goes to kids, gas, cigs, and whats left (not a small amount) has to go to my car to get it reliable. It takes all my damn money. Id do nitrous next time probably.

Full spool up is to the time you acheive full boost according to your WG settings.
