DIY section, check out CLEARING HEADLIGHTS DIY. Its all you need to get your headlights apart, then just pain from there on. No biggie.

In a nutshell, remove your bumper, get your lights off.

Bake your lights in the oven at 325 F for bout 2 mins. Pry the housing apart with a screw driver. Get the housing itself apart from the clear plastic.

Primer, paint the plastic to desired color, let dry.

Push headlights together, (silicone if you wish) re-bake them, same temp, same time. Pull them out of the oven, push them together REAL tight. Add more silicone, DONE!

Took me bout 4 hours full work to mine.

You do not need to bake them. ANd yes the diy for clearing them is all I used. I used krylon fusion and 400 grit sand paper. You just have to tape off what you do not want black. I then used 3m window sealant. Its just like the stuff in there already. Note be careful when putting the newly painted peice in, I had to wet sand about three times before getting it right. Also you just have to pull straight up on the peice to get it in and out.

Just did this yesterday with my brother for his S14. Bake them, pull them apart, paint them, put them back together. It's pretty easy.
