crazy thing happened to my mom
ok so my mom has been in the dry cleaning business for like 10 years now
now she wants to own a business so naturally she decided to buy a dry cleaners
she found a small one that was looking for a buyer so she went to check it out
they were asking $190,000 for the business
my mom took all the steps to get a loan and started escrow
well today she found out the cleaners was operating without a permit
the government stepped in when they found out the owners were selling it
so they arent allowed to sell the business.
now comes the sweet part
the government basically said the owners cant sell the business above a certain amount so they made them sell it to my mom for $50,000
thats right! almost 1/4 of the price!
this is awesome.

Everything sounds good, I would just suggest firing anybody that worked there if anybody besides the owners did. Just to be safe. If they had the ***** to lie to the state and operate without a permit, who knows what else they did.
