california tint law; heads up
as some of you might not know yet, in california, there is absoluately no tint allowed on the front windows of your vehicle. that includes driver window, passenger window and front windshield. except a 3" banner on the top of the front windshield. the any window behind the drivers head is acceptional, but no fancy colors or mirror like tint.
if you still think the 70% tint grade still exist as stated here: http://www.iwfa.com/iwfa/Law_Chart/S...aw%20Chart.htm it doesnt. i got hassled for 65% which is pretty much a light shade at day, slightly dark at night. beware, cops will do anything to save there jobs
also refer to: http://www.chp.ca.gov/html/answers.html
(posted this in norcal/socal as no one really visits the cali section)

hahaha...hey steph if u get pulled over...say ur daughter looked like she was goin to throw up and u were goin to try and pull over and help her feel better
are you serious when the f did this happen?! i just got my tint!? oh well so many people have their shtt tinted in san diego...plus for some reason i passed by a lot of cops today in del mar, pacific beach, and santana and they didnt even give a shtt
Tint on your front driver and passenger side windows are also good P.C. to stop a vehicle. It's a correctable ticket, but it's also a hassle to be pulled over and get cited for this. The officer can also find other things to cite the driver for. Be careful.
