okay. i was drivin on 495 to 66 to get home(for those of u who live in VA), and i was all the way on the kleft when i was on 495. speed limit is 55. i went around mid 70's to switch to the left cuz pplz were bein dicks and wouldnt let me over for like 5 mins. after i hit on 66, i see this cop tailing me with his lights on. i pull over and he comes out and says i was going around the 80's to 85. he said he tailed me on the ramp to 495 to 66 cuz i cut this 1 guy off real close. he gives me a ticket for aggressive driving and i gotta go to court MAY 2. i turn 18 on APRIL 11th. do i still have to bring a parent? and btw, he never said he used his gun to see how fast i was going. and i had to switch from a 4 lane highway from the leftside to the right side for the exit so i had to speed up a little. but back to the question, do i have to bring a parent to court?

btw, im not one of those people who speed or anything. i barely even drive. i only got 5600 miles on my car since beginning of dec.

Yeah under 18 is under 18 but that might be to your advantage at worse they give you probation until your 18 and then it erases off your record and you get very little.

hmmm... well technically you could go without them, but at the time of the offense you were underage. bring them just in case, or call the court system there to find out exactly whats best
