if your car is stopped and clutch in, you can have your car rev to whatever limit you want. 2000, 1500, 5000, whatever you heart desires, then once you engage the clutch it removes it... its made on hondata and also uberdate. i have it on my car, set at 4,000rpms...

look into plasma ignitions its the only ignition system i have found that has a 2 step option for the coil over plug system we have and its fairly cheap
