The other day when it started to warm up, I was driving around town and a cop (under cover cop) driving towards me whips a u-turn, turns his lights on and pulls me over. Says I was goin 62 in 40 (which I as) so there is nothing I can really do about it, but accept the fact that I FINALLY got caught speeding and pay the ticket. Do you guys think I should get Court supervision which will cost $200 or do you think I should just pay the ticket and not get court supervision which will cost $95. Which one do you think will be better in the long run with insurance and everything. Let me know.

The ticket is gonna be more than 95 thats criminal speeding you were going 22 over. If its your first ticket you can go to driving school,well atleast in arizona but i dont know if you can since you were criminal speeding. good luck

if he just cited you for speeding, then you are lucky, that is wreckless driving... If its your first citation, ask for drivers school.

i have gotten popped for 21 mph over 3times, I paid the ticket and went to driving school online each time, it may cost more at once, but your insurance doesnt go up.

How many times can you go to driving school? They told me only once every 12-18 months. But if it's true you can go more than that and keep it off your erecord I mught hav eto pick up my pace around town. lol. How many points can you get on your record before they take it (drivers licence) away?

I've had ALOT of speeding tickets that were 20mph over the limit. You can go to traffic school if you haven't gotten a ticket in 18 months. Online traffic school rocks! I wanna say that it's 3 or 4 points to a suspended license but I'm not sure. I had mine suspended when I was 17 (8 years ago).

In central Illinois (In Morton about 15 miles from Peoria) were I live they don't make you go to driving school to get court supervision all they do is double the ticket and make you pay court cost (which is like $10). Well that is all they did when my 2 brothers, my sister, and my brother's girlfriend got tickets and were put on court supervision.

i got the same ticket about 3 years ago... cop told me that i can't go to driving school because it was over 15mph... here in washington, it might be different in your state... so i went to court and paid $98 instead of $250

I just took mine to a good lawyer and for 75 bucks she got me 1 month court supervision and my insurance never found out. Cheaper than doing it myself!

In Texas, criminal speeding or whatever you want to call it is 25 over. only speeding ticket ive ever got was 24 over,..phew close one,..54 in a supposed 30 construction zone(it was 12 at night, no construction workers present=no doubled fine. Also went back next day, there was no 30mph sign...couldnt proove it in court,..pleaded no contest and took differed judication)

appear in court, you got nothing to lose. he did measure your speed by going the opposite direction which isnt always accurate. you can bring the fines lower and hopefully the judge will let you attend traffic school if your elgible
